I am certified in Myofascial release, Reflexology, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Plus training. As well as advanced training with guasha, tuina, and cupping. My background is a mix of dance performance and pilates. I have great insight into how the body moves as a unit and I am excited to be a part of your health and wellness journey.

Kayla does an amazing job always checking with the client before doing anything to make sure everyone is on the same page with the goal for the massage and client comfort level. She is always able to get problem areas resolved for me, no matter how long I've been dealing with them or what I've tried in the past. She is very knowledgeable in various techniques that can be beneficial to the client, no matter what pain or problem area they have
