As a massage practitioner, it is my ambition to facilitate the wellness and healing journey of each individual. Every person's body is completely unique and different from anyone else's, consequently, every person's body responds differently to massage and different modalities. While keeping this in mind, I strive to develop an individualized massage and treatment plan for each of my clients focusing on what benefits their body the most. I like to consider my approach as unique in the fact that I incorporate relaxation and treatment techniques in every one of my sessions. I believe that our body, mental and physical, is so very connected and you cannot effectively treat one without treating the other.
