Hi there! I’m Roberta (they/them), LMT and lifetime student of bodies. I take great pride in making a comfortable space for my clients that is conducive to their healing and personal evolution. I believe that our bodies are always speaking to us and we just need to be present enough to listen. Along with a comforting and intuitive approach to the needs of each individual, I am grounded in a deep knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology of which I am always studying and growing in my perspectives....

Along with a comforting and intuitive approach to the needs of each individual, I am grounded in a deep knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology of which I am always studying and growing in my perspectives. I am formally trained in Neuromuscular Therapy (or trigger point therapy) as well as Swedish, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, and Reiki. Berto was absolutely fantastic to work with. We identified areas of tension I wasn't aware of and they helped to work out the nerve pain that's been caught in my scar tissue for nearly a year. They wore a mask when requested and have HEPA filters running in the room which I really appreciate. I'll absolutely be back!

I came in for a post-operative massage and their care for me during the whole process was so welcoming and safe. I could immediately tell that my swelling had gone down and went down even more over the next two days. I will definitely be back!
