Terri began practicing yoga many years ago when her children were young. Every yoga class represented a mini-retreat and an opportunity to find stillness in the midst of the flurry of activity. Through all of life’s challenges…the ups and the downs…yoga has provided the uplifting, soothing touch. Terri hopes that her students will also experience, through the practice of asana and meditation, their own ways to experience revitalization of mind, body, and spirit.
