Massage truly is my passion. This field allows me to help heal through the power of touch using compassion, empathy and respect based on each individual's needs. My goal as your provider is to help educate you on the body, how it responses to massage, and how we can repair and prevent future aches/pains/ injuries. My goal is to bring you back in to your body and outside of your mind. Often times our job is sitting at a desk on a computer and we are completely UNAWARE of how this position is affecting us, UNTIL, " MY NECK HURTS".... allow me to assist with at home stretching and personalized recommendations.

Great massage experience. I highly recommend getting the hot rocks if you have muscle knots and are getting the deep tissue massage. The heat really helped work that tension out. And Ashley was very sweet and accommodating.

I was highly impressed by Ashley's knowledge and massage application. I was experiencing neck and shoulder pain and she advised me that if it continued, to seek further treatment medically. I felt very comfortable and her massage technique is very effective. I highly recommend this business.

Wonderful experience with a prenatal massage! Ambiance is wonderful, and the next day I was able to walk without limping since my sciatica pain had lessened for the first time in weeks.
