Rachel is a licensed massage therapist, specializing in Myotherapy, Myofascial Energetic Massage, Spa Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Swedish Massage, Chair Massage, and Reiki. She also practices Eden Energy Medicine, and has training as a cranial sacral and polarity practitioner. In practicing massage, she meets your muscle’s resistance, providing relief and a pressure that works best for you without causing further pain and inflammation. She accommodates your requests for light to deep pressure, while working hard to help your muscles find relaxation. Rachel will help you stretch your muscles during your massage and can provide stretches to practice after your session to promote relief from your everyday stressors. Also available during your session is aromatherapy, relaxing eye covers, ice (as needed), and reflexology during a thorough foot massage.

Before practicing massage and body work, she was an office manager and executive assistant for an engineering and consulting firm in Phoenix, Arizona. Rachel received her Bachelor of Science from Boise State University in Molecular and Cell Biology with a minor in Philosophy. She earned her license in massage therapy from Southwest Institute of the Healing Arts.  She lives in Peoria, Arizona with her husband and 2 daughters, and works part-time at the Revive Spa within the J, W. Marriott Desert Ridge. With experience in a multitude of settings, Rachel will provide you with the session you want, a healing experience for the ultimate relaxation.
