We have to take care of ourselves so we can be of service to everyone else.

Jai has been teaching classes and working in the health and wellness field for 20 years.  His primary focus over the past 10 years has been teaching yoga and stretch based classes.  His desire to gain a deeper understanding of the body and how things work led him to the Stretch To Win Institute.  He is passionate about helping people, playing music, and spending time with his family.
