Love is attention, Attention takes time. Love is time. "The Road Less Traveled," by M. Scott Peck.

Trying to recovering from a serious back injury & immeasurable pain, changes everything about you.  In my early 20's, I struggled with this for 5 years.  What do you do when a Massage Therapist and "alternative health providers" give you your life back?  Well what I did was toss away my first degree (bachelor's in Occupational Therapy) and jumped aboard the "wellness wagon" too, :0).  So here I am, practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist, striving to empower hundreds of others to live life...

So here I am, practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist, striving to empower hundreds of others to live life without pain and to restore  balance in their minds and bodies.  My life is so much better because I receive massage therapy routinely, I know others lives will be better when they receive it, too.  What a gift.

As a therapist, I understand the need to not just use our hands, but also to use our hearts and ears as constant assessment tools.   The more I understand about you, the more intention I can give to each & every massage stroke I make.   I firmly believe that when people feel better, when the stress, muscle tension, or pain is truly gone, they do so much better for those around them and that's what I bring to the table.  This is my ultimate goal for my community, to have the unique benefits each client experiences, spill over into their work, home, and community relationships. It's never all about one person. How we feel affects everyone in our lives.

Specialty Populations I also work with:
-Seniors and Home Bound Elders
-Those living with ALS
-Athletic Teens and Tweens
-Employees in their workplace

You need to have a truly wonderful experience…and very therapeutic!

Michele is the best! She gets down to the core of the problem and peels it off layer by layer. No superficial treatments. Her background, knowledge of anatomy and understanding how the human body works makes the difference in the results. She has helped me so much in managing a medical issue/ chronic pain after exhausting all other treatment options, aside from surgery. Because of her massage and manual techniques I can continue working a very physically strenuous job, take care of my household and all the other tasks required of me as a busy mom. Do yourself a favor and go see Michele!

Knowledgeable, skilled, professional who is sensitive to and inquisitive about the emotional and physical needs, state of her patrons. His demonstrated time and again why her practice is the one.

I’ve never like massages but Michele has completely changed my view of them! I came to help find healing for my tennis elbow that was so painful and I’m pain free. Thank you, Michele for not only your help in healing but also for the joy and peace found on your massage table. I can now say, I love getting a massage!

Michelle is awesome. She has a way of finding those “spots” that you didn’t know existed. Always an incredible experience.

I think I left years of muscle tension on the massage table. It was probably the most helpful massage I’ve ever had and Michele was so great!
