My name is Lisa Cruz, and First Comes Heath Massage is my business. I got into this career, unexpectedly actually, but as time goes by my care and compassion for my clients has proven this is what I was meant to do. I absolutely love my job, and I am proud to say it shows in my work.

I graduated from Carrington College, with more than 120+ volunteer hours in clinic. I made Dean's list all through my education and perfect attendance. Since graduating I have been doing what I can to help myself grow and to help my clients heal. Over the years I have added to my career in different modalities-Myofascial Release, Carnialsacral Therapy, Lava Stone, Guasha, to name a few. 

Massage is all about healing the body; overcoming past obstacles to allow the body do what its meant to do. Depending on what your body needs, we can determine the proper plan and modalities that will work best for you. Shoulders and hips are what I am best at but of course, every muscle is attached so its always important we work the full body. If you work on computers, I am your gal!
