With over 20 years of experience in the massage and health and wellness industry, I bring energy, enthusiasm, maturity and commitment to providing my clients a quality massage, suited to their needs.

I have experience using Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Reflexology and Sports and have a range from a light relaxing Swedish to the “hurts good” feeling of properly implemented Deep Tissue. I have also studied Thai Massage, Lymph Drainage and Reiki and while my massage is influenced by these modalities, I no longer do them exclusively.

After recently participating in the “Perfect Health” program at the Depok Chopra Center,  I am deeply committed to the Ayurvedic life style and am now enrolled in the California College of Ayurveda as a distance learner with the goal of becoming a health educator and practitioner. I find Ayurvedic practices to be very empowering and I, in turn, would like to empower and inspire others on their own journey toward “Perfect Health”
