I am a PA Licensed Massage Therapist, and completed my training with the Central PA School of Massage for whom I also instructed. I am a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, with a Bachelors of Psychology; and studied with the Classical Chinese Internal Arts Institute with whom I did my initial training in Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong, and other Chinese health arts.

In addition to the private practice I began in 1997, other notable programs I have worked with include Penn State Strength and Fitness, The various branches of The Centre County YMCA, and Highmark Blue Cross.


Currently I complete my continuing education in massage with two groups, ABMP’s own continuing education program and Advanced-Trainings, a group founded by a former faculty member of the Rolfing Institute and author of the Advanced Myofascial Techniques Textbook series. I am also actively enrolled with Energy Arts’ ongoing training program Tai Chi and Qigong developed by the foremost Western expert and direct lineage holder in Wu and Yang Style Tai Chi.
