In a session, in addition to your therapeutic goals, my intent always, is to invite you to listen to and align with your body. This is how you will awaken to a renewed sense of yourself. With that end in mind, our sessions will never be just one modality. Unless of course, that is your specific desire."

Mamapalo is able to meet your body's requests by utilizing an integrated approach of Western and Asian based modalities. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Thai, Sports Stretching, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Reiki.

Mamapalo primarily works as a mobile therapist, serving in-home clients, corporate events and private spa parties. Her clients value the extended nurturing and therapeutic effect their in home massage experience affords them. They love not having to immediately tackle the outside world. Corporate clients likewise tangibly feel their employers' appreciation for their hard work. They return to work rejuvenated, surprised at what a difference 10 -15 minutes can make.
