I have been a Philadelphia based Licensed Massage Therapist for the last six years. I was exposed to bodywork at a young age and always held a special appreciation for its benefits. With my skills I enjoy helping clients along on their healing journeys. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, many of whom have sustained mental and physical trauma. A highlight of my work is showing people how bodywork can help both.

I have been trained in Therapeutic Massage, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage, Cupping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Thai Massage, Reiki, Prenatal and have had informal instruction in structural integration. I am currently training to become a yoga teacher to further my bodywork practices. 

In my spare time I hike, whitewater kayak, enjoy going to live music and spend time with my dog Rufio.

My massage with G was great. They helped me feel more in my body by checking in with how I was feeling the whole way through, they made me feel really comfortable, and their space was very relaxing. I’d definitely get a massage with them again!

Best real body masks by real I mean cruelty gets bots out not just a relaxing feel good massage although as usually I tend to dose off but she is excellent!

Grace is such a calming and sweet presence! Discussed and went over my needs/intake very thoroughly and checked in wonderfully throughout the massage about pressure. I simultaneously felt like I could relax AND that I was also getting all my knots and pressure points worked out. Can't wait to see them again!

This was easily one of the best massages I have experienced in my 30 years of bodywork! Grace instantly puts you at ease and their space is comfortable and relaxing. Grace is clearly very knowledgeable of fascia and anatomy. They worked through and released areas that had been stuck for quite awhile. I left the appointment more relaxed than I have been in a very long time and I have already recommended Interwoven Bodyworks to several people!
