After doing some research and some soul searching I really felt that becoming a massage therapist was the best way to incorporate both my desire to help people hfeel better and be wholistic. I earned my certification in Massage Therapy at the Lourdes Wholisitic Institute. I have a certification in pre-natal, labor, and peri-natal massage. I am a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. I have studied foot reflexology, deep tissue, and Swedish massage. My techniques are more geared to a therapeutic massage. I focus on what the client needs while creating a relaxing and soothing environment and massage. I feel sessions should be about what the client needs. I take the time before each sessions, whether the client is new or a repeat client, to discuss what their needs are and what I think will best meet their needs. Together we come up with a session that will benefit them in the best way.
