Coming from a village of people that take care of each other, I know first hand what it feels like to be overworked, exhausted, and overwhelmed from navigating through life's daily must do's. Allow me to give you the time to heal you so you have the strength to continue helping others. 

 I have always enjoyed working in the service of others. I also know that I cannot do that if I don't take care of myself. In 2007 while working with people who have physical and mental disabilities, I noticed that they needed a place to get away from the stress of everyday life, let go and breathe away the pain and anxiety. Doesn't everyone need that?! That year I enrolled in The Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy to study Massage Therapy and I am currently a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in Pennsylvania.

I enjoy helping to heal people physically and mentally. I enjoy giving hard workers, mommies to be, caregivers, say at home moms etc. the time and space to let go and recharge. I do this using the various techniques I have learned in life and formal education. I chose to be a mobile massage therapist because I know people want and need to get a massage but find hard it to take a break from the everyday demands.

My business, Main Line Mobile Massage, serves people living in Philadelphia and surrounding areas who are tired of living in pain but can't seem to find the time to do something about it.

How do I "get away"?

 In my free time I enjoy traveling, getting massages, reading, watching Netflix and eating sunflower seeds, spending time with my children and relaxing with my dog.
