After hip replacement in August of ‘24 and months of Physical Therapy, I was still struggling with tightness which impacted my mobility and put pressure on my sciatica. Nova developed a game plan to help me and I started seeing results immediately. After 6 months, I’ve regained mobility I never thought I would get back in addition to being pain free. The help Nova, and now Sam, have given me has been life changing.
