Krystal believes in complete body wellness and the body’s ability to heal itself, with massage therapy being one of the many paths to restoring health and wholeness to the body. She is also a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and a Certified Fitness Trainer which assists her in being better rounded and educated on the entire body and how it functions as a whole.
Through neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, deep trigger-point therapy and Swedish massage, Krystal can assist in the mitigation of everyday stress, chronic pain, headaches, repetitive motion and tendonitis. Clients appreciate her firm, strong touch, her intuition, and compassion.
