In October of 2006 a dream was finally becoming real and for the next 2 years the education to become a Massage Therapist at The Colorado School of Healing Arts was extensive, fun, and healing in mind, body and spirit.

Ever since I can remember I have always loved massage, even though my experience with it was very limited. Maybe it was just the connection and the feeling that I was helping another person, mostly my parents, with a shoulder rub, or vice versa. God has blessed me with the ability to enjoy being in the service of others.

It was not until I was in the Army and stationed in Germany in 2002 that I finally knew I had to be a Massage Therapist. When I got out of the Army in August of 2006 my first mission was to find the perfect school and sign up.

I graduated in December 2007 at the top of my class as a CMT (Certified Massage Therapist) with a Certificate of 700 hours.  April 2008 I began my AOS (associates of occupational studies) for continued education and three specific specialties. These specialties are Lymphatic Drainage, Neuromuscular Massage and Spa Arts and Sciences, also certified in Prenatal Massage, all completed September 2009.

My goal as a Massage Therapist is to help as many people as possible with injuries, muscular dysfunction, pain and disease, and education on healthy and natural living. My primary field is medical massage but I think we all need to be pampered as well so the Spa certification has many health benefits on its own.

Another dream yet realized when I graduated Alumni from Kaplan University with a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition Science. Now I can effectively help people with their health from the inside out. By taking control of our health we are able to prevent disease, heal our bodies from disease and know that being sick is not a lifestyle but a choice. I love to educate people and to create a strong relationship of trust.

I was very happy with the massage I received. It was so amazing and I felt so much relief on my very first session. I am looking forward to my future sessions because I know it's going to make a huge difference down the road with everything! I highly recommend Peak Spa and Wellness.

Leandra has a new therapy involving essential oils that was simply fabulous. If you are into essential oils, I highly recommend this option, especially since it can be integrated with your normal massage. As always, Leandra has amazing skill and knows exactly the technique needed to address each muscle and issue. Thank you, as always!

My family started with Leeandra when I was having some issues with my back. From there one of my daughters visited Leeandra for a knee injury in volleyball and my other daughter for a hip situation. I’ve continued to see Leeandra a few times a year for massages. Leeandra is patient and very thorough in asking questions to learn specifically what is going on to allow her to help. She is knowledgeable and helpful in giving tips that can be used at home as well in terms of everyday stretching. I have and will continue to refer Leeandra to my friends and family.
