Over the last 12 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist the body has taught me so much about our mind to muscle connection and how important it is to tap into that. Every client is a puzzle, finding imbalances in the kinetic chain (human movement) is my favorite pass time, empowering clients with the tools to correct those issues post treatment is my passion.  This passion comes from being an athlete myself and fighting through injuries only to find that mobility and balanced movement is the key to *most issues.
In 2009 I attended Heritage College and graduated with my Massage Therapy degree, in 2017 I found my niche in "bodywork", I hold certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy and Advanced Deep Tissue, CRM (Orthopedic Massage), and Clinical Assessment. These CEU's give me the ability to provide clients with so much more than "just a massage" (not to say a relaxation massage every other visit isn't nice, because it is!) these treatments are therapeutic and get you moving better quicker, so you can enjoy the quality of your life longer. Knowledge is power and I greatly enjoy continuing education, which means my massage evolves every year to help clients get the best care available
While I am new to Colorado, helping people move better is a career path I have enjoyed for well over a decade, I look forward to supporting the Peyton area in their wellness goals and contributing to this community through Jade and Stone Massage.
