Heidi is amazing. She is very intuitive, able to find all of my sore and stiff spots. She ads just the right amount of pressure and always asks if she should apply more or less. Heidi will had "extras", warm towel to help relax and open up stiff areas and also ice to numb and work into sore areas needing more attention. I always feel great after my massages. I highly recommend.
