I am currently a full time student with a strong passion for health, wellness and the overall improvement of the human experience. My journey started with a search for my own self care/love and in the process I learned a plethora of techniques, modalities and exercises to help promote homeostasis throughout the entire body. This inspired me to become a Clinically Licensed Massage Therapist and share my newfound knowledge with the world.
