I am dedicated to helping you achieve YOUR goal, whether that be pain reduction, greater range of motion, increased strength and performance, stress reduction or general well-being. I will work to achieve the relief of pain and restoring healthy function to soft tissue.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, hiking, woodworking, knitting/crocheting, and riding my horses.
