Emily approaches health holistically, which is empowering and conducive to true healing. She is able to help the body relax and the mind to calm so true healing can occur from the inside out. One of the greatest messages I’ve ever had! She also did some cupping and it gave me so much relief in my lower back and shoulders I couldn’t believe it. The essential oils she used were so aromatic and created calming effect for me where I could really just relax and let her feel where my body needed work. I highly recommend Emily she has a way about her that makes you feel so comfortable and safe, she talks with you before to get to know what you’re wanting and where your needing relief and I appreciated that so much.
