I have always been very physically active but after a diving board accident was plagued by back injury that would not completely heal. As years passed I developed fibromyalgia. I suffered even more with fibromyalgia after a car accident. I was fortunate to have a chiropractor and massage therapist work with me. I was fascinated at the work and how rapidly I healed and was able to get back to my normal activities.

    Having sustained a serious injury, I know what it takes to get better. I remember the frustration of not knowing what to do. My healing process has directed my practice.

    I have taken care of the elderly and people with special needs for over 20 years. I am certified massage therapist and a certified personal trainer. My goal is to work with all aspects of soft tissue pain and injuries, to bring about balance to the body. My work is very specific to each individuals needs, so the body will heal itself as it is designed to do.

    The massage I provide is about you! I may suggest a course of treatment that I believe will help you, but would never force a duration of time or plan that you are not comfortable with receiving. I specialize in providing the best care for each patient by listening to their words & to their bodies & then respond accordingly. Whether it is stress relief, treatment for certain musculoskeletal conditions, accident rehabilitation or preparing or recovering from a sporting event, I look forward to helping you.
