I have always been interested in natural and holistic healthcare. As individuals, we can be active participants in our wellness and I believe that massage therapy, nutrition, and exercise are integral.    


I practice out of my own office at 570 Main Street, Pennsburg, PA.  I currently specialize in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage but will be continuing to add additional modalities.   

When I am not massaging, I enjoy theatre, singing, comedy, cooking, writing...
