massages during pregnancy has a great benefit to not only the mother but the baby as well. I like to consider prenatal massage is the only time during the 9 month journey where the expecting mother has something focused to her needs. After schooling I went further to get certified in this modality.

The main areas that needed work was my upper body. He was gentle whilst applying appropriate pressure to relieve a lot of those muscles- shoulders, mid back, neck, chest. The assisted stretch was also very much needed. Being that I’m a small person, I could tell he didn’t want to apply too much pressure but next time I’ll be requesting a more firm massage. Overall though, it was great and very much needed.

Was the best massage i had to date. The new technique with the hot rocks was amazing! The attention to detail was great too really hit all my problem areas and more. Also, gave great stretch advice for stretching my neck and back. Overall, the massage was great as usual i get the best naps on the massage table.
