Kate is Rochester native, but has been educated and inspired all over the world. Along with being a Licensed Massage Therapist, she is also a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200).


Kate has sought special training in Myofascial Release Technique, Sports Injury Recovery, Whiplash/TMJ Disorder, Meditation, and Therapeutic Yoga.
