I grew up in Pendleton Oregon and decided as a little kid I was interested in Massage Therapy. My mother who worked as a medical transcriptionist always encouraged me towards this career path and I'm very grateful for that.

After graduating high school in 2007 I began my college journey at East-West College of the Healing Arts in Portland Oregon where I received my diploma in 2009. I've been licensed in Oregon ever since.

After graduating high school in 2007 I began my college journey at East-West College of the Healing Arts in Portland Oregon where I received my diploma in 2009. I've been licensed in Oregon ever since.

I began business as Helping Kneads Therapeutic Massage in my hometown and am now raising a family and enjoying a blessed business.

My main focus of massage includes Medical Massage and rehabilitative work. I am able to bill most insurances and appreciate working with the local doctors and chiropractors.
I am certified in Pre- and Perinatal Massage which is my second favorite focus. Having had children myself I can well relate to the drastic changes motherhood brings to the bodies of women.
I offer Qi-Gong style Reflexology, Deep Tissue Massage, and of course Swedish Relaxation Massage.
I am also initiated in the 1st Degree of ReiKi, however, I simply incorporate that into every session.

I work right downtown in Temple Massage with my friend and LMT Stephanie Temple.
Also in this office space David Cheung runs his business ABC's Acupuncture.
