My services provide a variety of massage techniques for you to experience including Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, pregnancy, lymph drainage and auto injury cases.
It is my goal to help my clients maintain, or regain optimum health, mobility and agility. The healing touch of massage therapy heals the whole person, reducing stress and fatigue while improving circulation, relieving aches and pains. Healing with a smile!
I was first introduced to giving massage at the age of 4 years old from my Father and Uncle Ray by walking on their backs when they came home from a hard day of construction. This type of massage is known as Ashiatsu!
Over 20 years ago my sister Minga gifted me my first massage while on a holiday, and my first visit to Oregon. I loved both the visit to Oregon and my massage so much that I enrolled in the Oregon School of Massage. I graduated from Oregon School of Massage in 1994 and received my degree in Massage Therapy and began my career.
I have since fused several forms of massage therapy to make mine a unique style of deep tissue, myofascial release, lymph drainage, Swedish, relaxation and joint mobilization for my clients. In 2010 I earned my Chiropractic Assistant Certificate, adding to the knowledge and abilities available to you. I especially enjoy doing Prenatal Massage, and auto injury cases.
I enjoy walks along the river, hiking in the sunshine and relaxing with my husband Mark. Of course I am always looking forward to the next visit with my grandson and granddaughter, a new adventure or a spontaneous road/air trip.
