I had an integrative massage with Meredith. I have several injuries and Meredith was very knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions. She was very careful around one of the injuries which was 2 rotator cuff tears that were not yet repaired, but still she was able to give relief in that area. I really appreciate her thoroughness and recommend Meredith for anyone in recovery from herniated discs or other back issues.

Meredith is a Professional, and she is also extremely knowledgeable. She helped the incision from my surgery to heal quicker and better by doing the Lymphatic Drain.

Meredith’s ability to assess your needs and provide the correct pressure and technique allows you to just lay on the table and truly relax. I left her table feeling much better and with exercises to help reduce the spasms. She’s the best.

Meredith was very friendly and personable. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. This was my first experience getting a massage from her. I will surely try to get back every few months instead of years in between.
