I recommend someone just today. I thought the whole blanket and sheet thing was kind of weird, but it was my first Swedish massage, so perhaps that's just how its done. The experience was absolutely amazing, deeply relaxing and I highly recommend.

Meredith is extremely skilled with her technique, listens to your concerns, makes you feel comfortable, and is by far, the best masseuse I've ever experienced - and I've been to many: chains, resorts, spas. None compare to her grasp of how to employ a variety of techniques to maximum benefit. THE BEST.

I had an integrative massage with Meredith. I have several injuries and Meredith was very knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions. She was very careful around one of the injuries which was 2 rotator cuff tears that were not yet repaired, but still she was able to give relief in that area. I really appreciate her thoroughness and recommend Meredith for anyone in recovery from herniated discs or other back issues.
