Tele began practicing bodywork in 2007 after graduating from East-West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon. She is a State of Maryland Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Craniosacral Therapist® and is a member of both the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and the Biodynamic Craniosacral Association of North America. She also holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Goucher College.

In 2014, she co-founded Restoration Wellness Center, in Parkville, MD. In addition to her bodywork practice, she is an Instructor at Holistic Massage Training Institute, in Baltimore, MD. Her mission is to help you feel better while finding a deeper connection to and understanding of your health and body.

Mostly, Tele is a good listener and loves a good story. During many years of practicing bodywork she has touched the stories held in bodies of all shapes, ages and sizes. They have all taught remarkable lessons about life. Hundreds of hours of advanced training have helped her to better understand those lessons while supporting her clients in healing, mind-body and spirit.

 The guiding principles of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy form the foundation of her practice:

        We are whole. Health is never lost. Healing happens in the present moment and is guided by the inherent wisdom of the body.

When Tele is not practicing bodywork, she gardens, studies plant medicine, knits and learns more about life from her daughter, husband and yoga practice. She writes about what she learns here.
