People ask me almost every day "Why did you choose to become a Massage Therapist?" The answer?  I chose to care for people. Massage Therapy and Bodywork are just the outlets I use to do that. I've been practicing Massage Therapy since graduating from Heritage College in 2005. I am also actively adding new training within the Craniosacral Therapy course of study. I have had many, many massages. Lindsey really dug in there and "attacked" my issue and worked it over. I can always tell if the massage was helpful by how I not only feel afterwards, but the day after. If it was purposeful, there's a bit of discomfort as the tissue in my body works out the toxins. She was right on! Scheduled my next visit before I left the office.
