Massage therapy has been proven to lengthen tightened muscles, lessen muscular pain and increase blood and lymph circulation.  It has also been shown to calm the mind, boost the spirit, support the immune system, promote restful sleep, diminish or reduce the pain associated with  headaches or migraines as well as help combat depression and anxiety.  

Massage and Energetic Bodywork may be dramatically enhanced with music.  Our body's organs and tissues can be described as a collection of cells whose movements generate a vibratory frequencies.  Those frequencies correlate to specific musical notes.  When illness, disease or muscular or emotional tension is present, the vibratory frequency of the affected tissue can be described as out of tune.  Reintroducing the proper frequencies may help the body move back towards a state of balance or homeostasis.
