Since 2008 I've been giving the massages I like to receive, therapeutic and relaxing. The body can't relax unless the mind is so I developed a method to help you learn to relax while I get to the root of your muscular tension. All while you do nothing but lay on a comfy table.

Licensed Massage Therapy
Blending my knowledge of Myofascial, Neuromuscular Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point therapy I strive to provide the most effective work while avoiding the pain typically associated with Deep Tissue.
One of my favorite massages to preform, this modality typically gets a bad reputation for just being a superficial massage but it is SO much more. Your body responds to this massage as if it's had a 2 1/2 hour nap! Increase of circulation, lymph flow, and digestion are a key focus.
Before I even had my massage license I had my certification for prenatal massage. I feel that this is one of the most important therapies I provide. Growing a little one isn't easy you're tendons loosen to allow for growth causing pain while doing typical day to day activities. It's very important to stay as healthy and fit during the pregnancy so you have the energy to be a great mother once the baby has come.
Becoming well versed in this type of massage was important to me because your lymphatic system is your immune system and staying healthy is the key to a happy life I never expected that my main clients would be those that had just come from surgery but I found the work extremely rewarding and provided great results in eliminating swelling and scar tissue.
Jaw tension can create a lot of symptoms from headaches to low back pain. By focusing on the most used muscle group in your body, this therapy can help with Tinnitus (commonly known as ringing in your ears), lock jaw, teeth grinding, and overall discomfort while eating. Some have even noted an improvement of clarity of seeing.
This technique was developed for the client that wants "deep tissue full body" While deep tissue tends to focus on one or 2 areas of pain this therapy helps with full body soreness that can be felt from doing a non-day to day activity such as Running a 5K or gardening.
I've been certified in Aromatherapy for close to 6 years. Scent has a big part to play with emotions and memories but it's not just the smell that makes aromatherapy effective, every plant used for aromatherapy also has benefits when absorbed through the skin. So every massage session I do has Aromatherapy, unless client specifically says no of course, depending on the needs of each session. From relaxation to pain relief I have an oil that will aid in your recovery.
Before I was a massage therapist I was an infant caregiver for over 10 years. I decided to put my two loves together and get certified in infant massage. This therapy is actually a class for parents to learn how to provide touch to their child. Some come because their baby has colic others come some they can aid in the big steps of infancy (like rolling over and sitting up) And others come because it's a great way for Dad to learn their baby's cues and get the skin contact and connection the mother gets during breast feeding. Whatever your reasons this class has been a blessing to those struggling or striving with parenthood.
Growing up with a mom who was plagued by migraines I knew I wanted to find some way to help everyone that suffers from headaches and Cranial Kinesiology is the solution. There's nothing better than having a client that came in that could barely open their eyes because of the headache walk out of my therapy room bright eyed and exclaiming "The headache's GONE!"
"Deeper" This simple word is what led me to Ashiatsu. This massage uses feet instead of hands allowing for deep broad pressure that surpasses any type of massage I've ever received. Using bodyweight instead of arm pressure there is a wider range of pressure for the clients choosing. I've never had a client try this therapy and go back to hands on deep tissue.
