Tracy brings 20 years of clinical experience and specializes in deep tissue and therapeutic massage. She received her massage education from The Health Options Institute in Northampton, PA and NMTI in Philadelphia. She is also a graduate from Penn State University with a B.S. degree in Therapeutic Recreation. Tracy is an avid swimmer having competed in her adolescent years along with synchronized swimming. Tracy received her first massage therapy session at the age of 11 having pulled a muscle in her back and realized the importance of massage therapy in the recovery process for athletes and how it promotes overall maintenance and well-being.

Tracy enjoys hanging out with her friends, playing backgammon, bowling and watching her beloved Philadelphia Phillies.
