Every person I come in contact with is different in their own unique way but in the end my goal is to strive to do the best I can to help improve their well-being.

I love learning about different modalities! My current specialties and training include Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Integrated, and Barefoot massage.

When I'm not massaging, I'm living the crazy busy beautiful mom life or traveling the world!
