I knew I wanted to help people with their health outside of the scope of doctors and nurses. As non-invasive as massage therapy is, this profession seemed a perfect fit! Since completing my 1000+ holistic health practitioner program in San Diego, CA, I have continued my education by taking workshops in musculoskeletal alignment, craniosacral therapy, and watching webinars for Thai massage and meditation. My desire for quality lead me to test for and pass the national certification in therapeutic massage and bodywork. Through my professional experience, I've enjoyed employing techniques of myofascial release, sports, and deep tissue massage integrated with energetic intentions to release muscle tension, neck and shoulder aches, lower back pain, anxiety, depression, headaches, and range of motion limitations.

Reiki, a Japanese hands-on healing technique, holds a special place in my heart. It is used for relaxation, gaining clarity, and helping the body heal itself. I have witnessed its benefit through a personal case study that helped someone overcome relapse into drug addiction.

Living in Palm Springs, CA has allowed me to continue my professional and personal development. Through daily exercise and meditation, I keep myself in optimal health so that I am able continue doing work I love.
