Relax and Live Fit

After retiring from the US Navy, it was very difficult finding something that was as rewarding. After deciding to go to Massage School, I knew I found what was missing. With massage you have endless ability to help people and nothing is more rewarding than that. Once Massage School was complete I decided to continue on with Personal Training School. Massage and Personal Training simply go hand and hand. After some time I was able to open Livefit Spa.

My Mom and I were sooo pleased with our Massages! Clyde listened to my concerns and paid attention to the areas I needed extra work on. It was relaxing, just the right pressure for a Swedish massage! Love the heated massage table! I gladly took the option for this since I'm usually cold ! Also loved the hot towels incorporated. in the Massage. Excellent!

Clyde's skills are AMAZING! He works me hard, but as I'm preparing for military service it's exactly what I need.... and he's a great motivator.
