Kylie's work is primarily therapeutic in nature. Often times a session may incorporate deep tissue techniques, stretching, cupping, and craniosacral therapy.

 As a Wisconsin native, Kylie received her massage training from Fox Valley School of Massage in 2006. She then went back to school to become a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, graduating in2008. This led her to a position in a hospital setting, where she was able to create a massage therapy program, as well as utilize her COTA degree. The massage program focused on new moms in the OB, select inpatients as well as outpatients. In addition, she has spent many years working in private clinics/spa settings. 

In 2016, Kylie opened her own business, Relax & Restore Therapeutic Massage, LLC, located in Stevens Point, WI. The majority of her work focuses on specific pain and muscle relief, structural issues, headaches/migraines as well as stress relief and relaxation. As a certified prenatal/peri-natal therapist, she also enjoys helping pregnant moms get through the discomforts of pregnancy so they can enjoy those precious 9 months.

In 2021, she decided to close down her practice in WI and relocate to West Palm Beach, FL.

This was an exceptional experience. I walked in so stressed and muscles tight as could be and I felt an immediate difference walking out. This is definitely not just a normal massage place, she really listens to your body and chooses the best technique to apply. 12/10 recommend and I will most definitely be booking again.

Kylie is the kind of massage therapist you almost want to gatekeep because once word gets out, it’ll probably become impossible to get an appointment. But I can’t do that in good conscience because the world would genuinely be a better place if more people experienced relief through her magic hands. I’ve had hundreds of massages all over the world, from ultra-luxury spas to small local studios, and Kylie is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever experienced. She took the time to truly listen to my problem areas and intuitively knew exactly how to work through them from the very beginning. Her touch is incredibly intuitive, and the different modalities she incorporates elevate both the experience and the results. The craniosacral work transported me into another state entirely, and the frequency wand was such a unique and powerful addition. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and genuinely transformed. I already can’t wait to go back for my next session.
