After graduating from Cortiva Institute, I studied extensively the John Barnes' Approach to Myofascial Release. Through the Upledger Institute, I am currently in the process of becoming certified in Craniosacral Therapy - Techniques. I have taken additional classes through the Barral Institute for visceral manipulation and the Zero Balancing Association for Zero Balancing.
