As I work in the field of physical therapy under an amazing physical therapist, I can't help but ask so many questions, and I am greatful that he has always given me the answers to those questions. I have been blessed to be in this clinic learning day-in and day-out how the human body works, and how to help recover from physical injuries. I've been able to help with patients who have had various surguries and have seen various recovery times. For those patients who have the ability to do massage therapy in the process of their rehabilitation, I have seen that massage therapy at least twice a month not only helps your body heal much faster, but it brings a better quality of life by providing benefits as commonly known as reduced stress, to the more uncommonly known benefits such as increasing your metabolism [which aides in weight loss], or reducing your blood preassure by up to 60 points after an hour full body massage [which can help you manage high blood preassure in a more natural way].
I was able to do hours and hours of back to back massages, which helped me with my endurance and strength in my massage practice. I built rapport with various clients which helped me get more comfortable with most aspects of the massage business outside of the hands on practice.
