<br/> Kristal has been a Licensed Massage & Body Work Therapist for over 14 years. After enjoying a successful private massage practice in North Carolina for over six years she moved to Tennessee where she continued her therapeutic and healing approach to massage. After moving to Tennessee Kristal taught various modalities as a Massage Therapy Instructor at Georgia Career Institute in Murfreesboro and Natural Health Institute in Nashville. Keeping stride with her desire to offer her expertise and knowledge to clients and Massage Therapists young and old she became an NCBTMB Approved Provider of Continuing Education.
When she is not providing a therapeutic or relaxing massage or teaching others about the benefits and techniques associated with massage, Kristal continues to further her knowledge and expertise as she pursues her degree as an Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner. Then, if she has any free time, she spends it with her husband and two daughters, ages five (5) and two (2).
Kristal's approach to Massage is cheerful and knowledgeable and aimed towards improving the lives of her clients. She specializes in the therapeutic modalities of MFR, Craniosacral, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, and Lymphatic in addition to Prenatal, Swedish, and Deep Tissue. Clients with concerns ranging from overworked muscles to Fibromyalgia, as well as conditions as severa as cancer and Parkinson's, have benefited from increased mobility and pain relief as a result of Kristal's abilities. She is presently working on an article for publication detailing the beneficial results of massage for Parkinson's sufferers based on information documented in her own practice.
Those who take advantage of her services, as clients or students, continue to find her approach helpful, therapeutic and professional.
