I have always enjoyed movement and its affects on the human body. While teaching capoeira and coaching fencing, I observed how people reacted to training and movement. These observations lead to a desire for greater understanding of how the body works, and that a person’s awareness of their own body can promote well being. This desire lead me to the The Healing Arts and Massage School, and I graduated in 2018. I am now building my practice “Somatic Insights” with the intent of helping people ...

I offer Lymphatic massage, Swedish/Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Myofascial Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, and Touch For Health Balances.
