As a high school and collegiate athlete, I fell in love with what the human body was capable of. In college, I studied Exercise Physiology where I fell in love with Anatomy & Physiology. As my love for anatomy grew, I knew I wanted to combine that love with helping people which is why I went to massage school. have neck and back tightness. Bethany did great job at listening to my challenges and focusing on that. impressed at benefit could get in a 15 minute chair massage. also same comment as above on comments being required.

Bethany has done a great job helping me to overcome a hamstring and elbow tendinitis injury. She is very professional and highly skilled. She has a deep understanding of how the muscles. tendons and ligaments are interconnected which allows her to assess what the best course of treatment is for a particular injury. In addition she also provides guidance on additional exercises to help speed the recovery process.
