Helping people is truly what I love to do. Since becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2004 and earning my National Certification, I’ve remained committed to continued learning and providing therapies that support the body before small concerns become bigger challenges. After more than two decades in this field, my passion for bodywork is just as strong—if not stronger—than when I first began.

Today, I focus primarily on Craniosacral Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. These gentle but highly effective modalities allow me to support clients who are dealing with chronic tension, nervous system overload, inflammation, or simply seeking a deeper sense of balance. When helpful, I integrate techniques from therapeutic massage, stretching, and aromatherapy to fully tailor each session.

I take time with every client. Your session begins with a thoughtful conversation to understand what your body is experiencing that day, followed by a treatment plan we create together. My goal is always to meet you where you are, listen closely, and provide care that honors your whole well-being. After the session, I check in, welcome your feedback, and offer simple, supportive ideas you can use between visits.
