She operates a home based massage practice where she caters to women and the mommy-to-be. She has recently expanded her practice to offer on-site chair massage and group yoga to help small and large businesses manage stress in the workplace. She places a high value on providing quality, individualized care along with education and self-care. She approaches each massage session with an open mind ready to tailor her techniques to meet your needs and incorporates many modalities to achieve your massage goals. She is trained in Prenatal Massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Myofascial Release, Cupping and Swedish Massage.

She has over two decades of experience and is a certified yoga teacher which help her to treat the emotional and physical changes that the body goes through on a day to day basis. She enjoys working with clients who's goals are to be proactive against life's stressors with massage and yoga to create a healthy and balanced life and manage chronic pain.
