I am trained in Prenatal Massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Myofascial Release, Cupping and Swedish Massage.

I am experienced in treating the emotional and physical changes  the soon to be mom goes through during and after pregnancy. I have many clients who's goals are to be proactive against life's stressors with massage to create a healthy and balanced life. I also treat clients who are managing fibromyalgia, and others living in chronic pain.

I have created an environment that is inviting, comfortable, nurturing and safe so that you may be able to completly let go and relax. Let this be a time that you focus only on you and become empowered to be the best spouse, mother and woman you can be.
