Hi! My name is Misty. I have a deep desire to help people on a health journey get to their optimal state. I currently hold a Washington State Registered Nurse License and have my Bachelors degree in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and my Associates Degree in Nursing from Columbia Basin College. I am also a Licensed Massage Practitioner licensed in Washington State. Massage therapy was my back up plan if I did not get into nursing school, it then became my back up plan if I didn't get a day time job out of the manufacturing industry. It is now a mainstay in my practice! Throughout my years of work, I took a few detours and found other passions that blend beautifully into what I can offer. I was able to teach for 4 years at Columbia Basin Technical Skills Center; while there I earned my Washington State CTE teachers certification and school nurses certification. I love to teach and continue to bring classes to Healing Escape. While on my own healing journey I found yoga. I loved the feel of lightness and reduced pain I experienced after only a few private sessions. I am now wrapping up my first 200 yoga teacher training program and I have already enrolled in a second 200 hour yoga teacher training in a different yoga style. Lastly, I have found comfort in helping boost confidence in men and women through aesthetics. I am able to offer through a collaboration with Lipology Med Spa in Kennewick, Wa. laser hair removal, vitamin boosters, microneedling facials, oxygeneo facials, weight loss options, and more!
