Instead of offering me a choice of the usual massage techniques to choose from, Kendra started off instead by helping me determine what my immediate needs were, and then building a customized program designed specifically for me. And when she discovered my low pain threshold, she started slowly, working the muscles gently and allowing my progress to determine how far I could go the next time. As a result, my endurance for a more flexible and pain-free range of motion is continually increasing. And best of all, I love being treated like a real person. Kudos to Kendra for offering this unique, personalized approach to the overly standardized arena of massage therapy. It makes all the difference.
