To help in the session I use an all natural butter lotion that helps the skin to absorb the moisture out of the air and help promote a better glide during the session. My goal for each client is to have them leave each session feeling relaxed, pain free, and to have a knowledge base to help them understand what might be causing the muscle tightness and pain. I have worked as a CNA for about five years, and the stress along with the physical demands of the job can be rough on the body, and how being in pain can affect your body posture. After receiving multiple massage you are able to feel the physical relief, as the pain starts to dissipate with each session.
