The goal is to remove pain and stress from the soft tissue (muscles) using manual manipulation with hands, elbows, stones, etc. Thereafter, putting clients on a maintenance plan or schedule to reduce the risk of stress and strain lingering in the body, thus reducing the chance of injury and disease. By removing interference from the body, we are allowing optimal function giving us a better quality of life! I became a believer in massage and holistic treatments at the tender age of 28 when I received my first massage treatment. I have since helped several people in pain management, reducing stress and assisting in the healing of various injuries. I look forward to helping you relax, reduce and remove pain, and release stress and tension for an overall sense of well-being!
